Bei Z\u00f6liakie oder Gluten-Intoleranz sollte auf den Inhaltsstoff \u201eGlutenhaltiges Getreide\u201c geachtet werden. Gluten sind ein Stoffgemisch aus Proteinen, das in den Samen folgender Getreidearten nat\u00fcrlich vorkommt: Weizen, Roggen, Gerste, Hafer, Dinkel und Hybridst\u00e4mme davon. Gluten werden h\u00e4ufig auch als Klebereiwei\u00df oder Weizenkleber bezeichnet. Der Grund: Wird glutenhaltiges Mehl mit Wasser gemischt und geknetet, bildet sich eine elastische Masse. Im Lebensmittel enthaltene Gluten oder daraus gewonnene Erzeugnisse sind im Zutatenverzeichnis unter Nennung der Getreideart anzuf\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
